Thrilled

Damn it. The Frech lost to the Dutch. Hahaha before aku post 007.5 part 6, i wanna share my thoughts on Euro 08 group c matches that i've watched in the morning today. It was worth staying up late because both matches were entertaining and full of thrills.

The Romanians played well against the Italians. They ended up in a 1-1 draw. A poorly taken penalty in the final 10 minutes by Adrian Mutu prevented the Romanians to snatched a vital 3 points. Tapi baik jua lah seri atu, at least France still have the chance to advance into the last 8. Well, Italy could've also won the match but all of their attempts on goal were thwarted by Lobont, the Romanian goalie who made several good saves to keep his team alive.

Noone can argue that the Dutch is probably the most mesmerizing team to watch among all the of the team competing. After stunning the world cup champions Italy, today they tortured France. As a les bleus supporter, i was dissapointed. But nevertheless l'oranje were the better team and they deserved their win. With their wonderful displays, dashing runs and quality finishes, les bleus were no match for them. Hahaha to Najib and all Dutch supporters, jangantah kambang nah aku telampau memuji Holland ani. Despite that, the French also played well, but it seemed that they could not turn their own exchanges into goals. Sebiji ganya goal, jaditah. Yang si Henry chip atu sayang eh, si Van Der Sar lamas sudah.

The introduction of Arjen Robben and Van Persie in the second half was a wise decision by Van Basten because they were involved in the second and third goal which killed the French immediately. And a spectacular fourth goal by Sneijder in the 90th minute added the French wounds. In the final minutes it was a 4-1 win to the Dutch and they booked their tickets to the next round.

For France, they desperately need a win against Italy in the final match. But it all depends with the Romanians. If they lost to the Dutch, then France will go through. Mudah-mudahantah jua hahaha. Payah jua 'Group of death' ani eh.
